BOOK SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Products and Prices
The online store offers the following books:
Metsäkellintä – terveyttä luonnosta (291 pages, ISBN 978-952-321-713-3)
Metsä! Havuja sielulle (192 pages, ISBN 978-952-321-883-3)
Löytöretkeilyä lähiluonnossa (264 pages, ISBN 978-952-373-991-8)
Forest Rituals (digital book, pre-order, release date June 6, 2026)
All prices include applicable VAT.
Shipping costs (for physical products) are added at checkout.
2. Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed via the online store.
Payments are processed via Visma Pay.
The customer will receive an order confirmation by email after payment.
3. Delivery
Physical books are delivered by mail within approximately 5 business days.
We currently deliver physical books only within Finland.
Digital products are delivered electronically as described in the product details.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.
For physical products, the cancellation period starts upon receipt of the product.
5. Returns (Physical Products)
Returned products must be unused and in resalable condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice.
The seller may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received.
6. Defective Products
If a product is defective or damaged, the customer must contact the seller without delay.
The product will be replaced or refunded.
7. Pre-orders
Some products may be offered as pre-orders.
The estimated delivery date is stated on the product page.
By placing a pre-order, the customer agrees that delivery will take place at a later date.
Pre-orders can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, provided that delivery has not yet taken place.
Once the digital product has been delivered, the terms for digital content apply.
ONLINE COURSES / DIGITAL CONTENT TERMS
1. Product
Digital products (online courses, lectures, and digital books) are delivered electronically.
Prices include VAT.
2. Delivery
Access is provided after payment via email or login credentials.
3. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However:
By purchasing digital content with immediate access, the customer expressly agrees that delivery begins immediately and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once access has been granted.
4. Usage Rights
Content is for personal use only.
Sharing, copying, or distributing is prohibited.
5. Technical Issues
The seller is not responsible for issues related to the customer’s own devices or internet connection.
🌲 FOREST RETREAT TERMS (2026)
1. Content and Price
The Forest Retreat is a guided weekend experience in nature.
Price: 445 €
Includes:
Program and guidance
Accommodation and meals are not included.
2. Booking and Payment
Reservation is confirmed with a non-refundable 150 € booking fee.
Remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
3. Cancellation Policy
More than 60 days before: booking fee not refunded
30–60 days: 50% charged
Less than 30 days: no refund
Participation can be transferred to another person.
4. Illness
Participants may claim compensation through their own insurance.
5. Minimum Participants
If cancelled by the organizer, all payments are refunded.
6. Changes and Force Majeure
The organizer may make minor changes or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Liability
Participation is at the participant’s own responsibility.
8. International Participants
The retreat is primarily designed for Finnish-speaking participants.
International participants are welcome through group bookings or curated retreats. Please contact the organizer in advance.
